How to Choose Your Nuragold Necklace
Start with length. On most men a 20 to 22 inch chain sits just below the collarbone and shows above an open collar; 24 inches and up falls onto the chest and works well under or over a shirt. On most women 16 to 18 inches sits high on the throat and layers well, while 20 inches and up hangs closer to the neckline.
Then choose width. Both are made from the same real gold. A solid chain is filled through the whole link, so it is heavier, stronger and more expensive. A hollow-formed chain is shaped from a tube of gold, so it gives the same width and shine at a fraction of the weight and cost — the reason a genuinely wide Cuban link can be affordable. Hollow chains need a little more care, but they are still real gold.
